Everything was perfect! The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was tasty. We appreciated that the snacks and drinks in the room were included.

The Sibū Boutique Hotel was the best hotel we stayed at during our 10 day trip in Costa Rica. The customer service was top notch. My daughter turned 16 during our stay and they surprised her with a pancake cake for breakfast and then decorated her room while we were out doing an activity. They helped me find a birthday cake at a nearby bakery so that we could surprise her during dinner at their restaurant. Overall the facilities were great. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a great stay in Monteverde! The hotel was very modern and up-to-date. We really enjoyed the free made-to-order breakfasts and the reception staff were excellent! We would definitely stay here again!

This was such a lovely property! Monte Verde was out first stop in Costa Rica and it was such a quiet place to start. The service in the restaurant (and the food) was great - they always went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed. The front desk staff was always so friendly and helpful - I would highly recommend this property and I would 100% stay there again given the opportunity!

El Hotel es muy bonito y se encuentra en una excelente ubicación. La persona de recepcion fue muy clara y amable explicando todo al momento de nuestra llegada durante el check in. En general el personal del hotel y el restaurante siempre fue muy amable y servicial. La comida del hotel estuvo muy bien, los desayunos son incluido y tienen varias opciones a elegir. El Hotel tiene puerto de carga para vehiculos electricos, lo cual es un plus.

We (myself, husband and son) enjoyed our visit with Sibū. The hotel is lovely, so much prettier than I expected. I liked how each room had a charming outdoor seating area and the hotel had several fire pits around. It made for a very charming and welcoming experience. The gentleman at the front desk welcomed us with a refreshing lime water and proceeded to tell us about the hotel and willing answered our numerous questions. We only had breakfast at the hotel (continental or order off the menu) and we were well pleased with that. Bartender, Anthony really impressed us. We got back to the hotel after 9:30 pm tired and hungry. The restaurant was closed and we caught him walking out. We asked if we could get food anywhere nearby that was open… driving in the area is stressful, and we didn’t want to be doing it in the dark. Not only did he suggest the nearby food trucks but he also took the time to walk us to them. He heard my son say he wished he had hot sauce for his meal and Anthony slipped into the nearby store and bought a small bottle of his favorite kind for my son. His kindness was much appreciated. What a wonderful ambassador for the hotel.

We stayed at Sibu Boutique Hotel for three nights. The hotel is uniquely designed and architecturally very modern! Each room has it's own outdoor sitting spot. Selected plants are beautifully arranged throughout the grounds of the hotel. The location is excellent! We walked to the main center of the town and there is a wonderful Soda (small restaurant) within a few minutes walking distance from the hotel. Here is the negative part - upon stepping to the front desk we were greeted by a young lady who had a BIG frown on her face. The initial vibe she gave was that of someone who'd rather be somewhere else. Extremely negative vibes! She offered a "welcome" drink as if it was an after thought. She was not very forthcoming with ANY recommendations and just did not want to answer any questions. No pleasantries, no small talk. She just wanted to get rid of us! Please put a smile on that beautiful face because you are the face of this establishment! Also, the restaurant is just very expensive, thus we went to the local establishments (and we're glad we did!). Oh and the breakfast was wonderful. Overall, I recommend this Boutique Hotel.
